Returns & Exchanges

At Stay Cold Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
